Terms of Service & End-User License Agreement
Olympic Inspections & Testing (operated by Pine & Particle LLC)
Effective date: June 14, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website, intake forms, and inspection services provided by Olympic Inspections & Testing (operated by Pine & Particle LLC) (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By submitting an intake request or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Our Services
We provide residential and commercial mold inspection and testing services and related scheduling, reporting, and communications. Submitting an intake form is a request for service and does not by itself create a binding appointment until confirmed by us.
Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information and to give our inspector reasonable and safe access to the property at the scheduled time, including clearing access to areas to be inspected. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permission to allow an inspection of the property.
Scheduling and Communications
By providing your email address and phone number, you consent to receive service-related communications from us, such as appointment confirmations, preparation instructions, reports, and follow-ups. You may opt out of non-essential messages at any time.
Reports and Findings
Inspection reports reflect conditions observed at the time and place of inspection. They are provided for informational purposes and are not a guarantee or warranty regarding the property. We are not liable for conditions that were concealed, inaccessible, or that arose after the inspection.
Software Integrations
Our scheduling and recordkeeping rely on third-party platforms, including Google Workspace and QuickBooks Online (Intuit). Your use of our services is also subject to those providers’ applicable terms. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services and any related website and software are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” above reflects the most recent revision.
